Sherman Oaks Residential Development

Sherman Oaks consists of 297 residential lots located along Sherman Street Ext. in East Manchester Township. FCE was responsible for the lot layout, street system design, stormwater system, and sanitary sewer system designs.

The plans were started in January of 1996, and building construction continues today.

Sherman Oaks contains nearly 5,000 feet of new streets, and covers nearly 117 acres of property adjacent to John C. Rudy County Park.
