North Pointe Townhouse Development

North Pointe Townhouse Development is located in the Borough of Hanover and is a townhouse community for active adults age 55 and over. This project is located just off of the ‘Golden Mile’ of Eisenhower Drive giving it a perfect location for a residential development.

North Pointe consists of 80 townhouse units arranged in groups of two. The site is 11.85 acres in size and thus made the site design very difficult due to the limited space available on the site.

FCE performed the site design from the layout of the units to the street and utility design.
