Brickyard Industrial Park

The Brickyard Industrial Park is a 121 acre industrial development located in East Manchester Township, York County. This development created four lots suitable for light industrial and warehousing development.

One of the assets of this site is the fact that it has rail line access. This asset also was one of the more difficult design and regulatory hurdles that needed to be cleared for the development to proceed because of the need to have an at grade rail crossing installed.

Brickyard Industrial Park also has numerous wetland areas that cross the site. These wetland areas needed to be mitigated and in some cases designed around. The permitting process that is involved with jurisdictional wetlands is extensive and time consuming.
