Stonebridge Business Park

First Capital Engineering was contracted by the developer of the Stonebridge Business Park to develop a Landscaping Master Plan and to create a theme for their expanding development. The developer wanted to create a sense of place for all of the current and future tenants instead of the typical individual lot development

After visiting the site FCE began looking into site features that would begin to pull the whole park together. Existing elements were going to remain in place and would be built upon through the Master Plan.

Once certain elements were put into place a design sheet was created to share some of the concepts with the developer. From this a detailed Landscape Master Plan was created for the common areas of the development.

It was recommended that individual site users would need to have their landscape plans reviewed to insure a level of consistency throughout the site.

 

A unified sign system was also a critical component to creating a sense of place within the Stonebridge Business Park. The individual buildings on the site would need to conform their signage to a general character established by the developer.
