Peebles Shopping Center Expansion

Located in Straban Township, just outside of Gettysburg, PA, the Peeble’s Shopping Center houses numerous retail and restaurant establishments. FCE was contracted by the developer to create a separate small block of retail space away from the main shopping center.

The new expansion houses a variety of retail and restaurant uses. The total square footage for the expansion was 9,800 square feet.

Issues that arose during the development of this project include environmental concerns over several high value landscape elements as well as issues that the municipality had over adequate parking.
