Drover's Bank

Drover’s Bank project is located on one of the outparcels in the Windsor Commons Shopping Center.

This project involved the design of a 3011 square foot bank branch with four drive thru lanes.

 

The Drovers Bank property sits on the corner of the main access drive for Windsor Commons. With this in mind the design and look of the bank was of great importance. The design chosen was one with one way circulation with angled parking to reduce back-up aisle widths. Theentrance was designed with a small entry plaza with landscaping totally surrounding the area.
