Shrewsbury Courtyard is a congregate living facility and senior center located within Shrewsbury Borough along East Tolna Road and the Stewartstown Railroad. FCE has been involved with the Special Exception expansion of Shrewsbury Courtyard, and also the final subdivision plan.
· Lexington Woods
Lexington Woods is an existing Condominium Development with which FCE has been affiliated. FCE surveyed the property prior to settlement when the property changed owners. FCE also inspected the Condominiums in accordance with the Pennsylvania Uniform Condominium Act.
