First Capital Engineering has been involved with numerous Hess Express Convenience Stores. We have been responsible for guiding these projects through the municipal approval process and have dealt with complications including zoning issues, restricted site areas, and PennDOT right-of-way issues.
· R/C Theater of Hanover
This project involved the construction of a 16 Plex theatre in Hanover Borough. The time schedule for the design stage of this project was intense due to a competitor designing another theatre just blocks away. Wetlands and a malfunctioning detention basin discharging onto the site also increased the difficulty of this project.
