Little Caesar's
 First Capital Engineering worked with Hogg Construction and prepared a revised final land development plan for the Little Caesar’s project in West Manchester Township, York County, PA.
The purpose of completing this plan was to add a drive-thru/pick up window to the restaurant. FCE completed the design of the new drive-thru/pick up window, submitted the required applications and permits and presented the plan at a Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors meeting.
