Phase I ESA - Hellam Township
 A client contacted First Capital Engineering about a property located within Hellam Township that they were looking to purchase. (The property was a car dealership and it was located adjacent to a site with a small quantity generator of hazardous waste). As part of the due diligence process, FCE performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. Our team reviewed existing conditions of the area to determine the likelihood that chemicals could travel to the site. We contacted the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to review environmental records of the adjacent property and determine the extent of the hazard.
