Phase I ESA - Condor Ventures

Condor Ventures, a property management company located in York, PA, purchased a property along South George Street and was leasing the property to a motorcycle repair business. Condor Ventures’ financial lending institution required a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, which was completed by FCE.

Previously, this property was a repair shop and car wash, converted to a heating and air conditioning business and finally converted back to a repair shop. Based upon the history of the property and the current use, it was our team’s responsibility was to determine if past and current uses of the property had an environmental impact on the site.
