Sheetz, Inc. (Guilford Township)
First Capital Engineering recently completed the Sheetz, Inc. site located in Guilford Township, Franklin County. The site held its grand opening on Thursday, August 25, 2011. To see coverage of the event, click here.
The new store is approximately 5,000 sq. ft. in size on a 2.6 acre tract located at the intersection of Kriner Road and Wayne Road in Guilford Township, Franklin County, PA. Our team completed the following services:
- Prepared, submitted and presented subdivision/land development plans
- Applied, submitted and received approval for various applications, including an NPDES permit and a PennDOT HOP application
- Coordinated with PennDOT
- Prepared a traffic signal permit, including upgrades and handicapped accessible ramps
- Engineered roadway widening, turn lane, deceleration lane improvements
- Managed and performed construction stakeout services
