Postal Service Building

First Capital Engineering provided civil engineering and land surveying services for the Postal Service building located along Smile Way in the York City Industrial Park. This tract of land was located in Manchester Township and the City of York and therefore, required coordination and approvals from both municipalities.

FCE was responsible for drafting a sketch plan of the proposed building and associated site improvements. Once the sketch plan was approved, FCE prepared and submitted a land development plan to Manchester Township, the City of York and the York County Planning Commission. The plan was approved and the building was constructed.
