FCE Participates in "Bike In York" event
First Capital Engineering CEO, Ann Luciani and President, John Luciani, PE, PLS, attended the Bike in York Kick-Off Event at the York Expo Center on Sunday, May 15, 2011. The event kicked off the campaign to encourage individuals to ride their bikes to work during the week of May 16-20, 2011.
“As long as it isn’t raining, I’ll definitely be riding this week,” said John Luciani. “The event on Sunday was a great time and really got me motivated for the upcoming week.”
FCE’s owners have shared the information about Bike In York week with their staff and are hoping that team members take advantage of the lanes available for biking throughout Downtown York this week.
In addition to participating in the Bike in York event this weekend, FCE team members also volunteered at the 3rd Annual Bob Potts Marathon, and performed in the York Bar Stools show “How to Succeed in Law (Without Really Trying).”
“John and I encourage our employees to use their skills and talents to get involved and serve the York community. We believe in giving back and it’s evident that our staff does as well,” said Ann Luciani.
