Administrative Assistant (Part Time - 30-35 hours/week)
First Capital Engineering, Inc., a successful multi-disciplinary civil engineering firm with excellent client relationships, seeks an energetic part-time administrative assistant. Our staff is the key to our success this individual shall team with other in-house professionals to offer superior services while working in an enjoyable environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting a team of professionals with a variety of tasks on a daily basis
- Answering phones
- Greeting clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Coordinating mailings
- Overseeing office supplies
- Preparing and organizing reports, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or higher, college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Team Player
- Desire to succeed and excel in a fast-paced work environment
